The Nuzum Building Supply warehouse has had it’s presence in La Farge for over 100-years. Sitting on approximately 1.09 acres, it has grown to include office space, a 64’x36′ poleshed w/ a cement floor, & a three sided 75’x30′ storage buiilding. The visibility is excellent being located on the corner of Highways 82 & 131. La Farge is home to Organic Valley & the beautiful Kickapoo river meanders through. The timber frame constructed warehouse has mezzanines on each side and a loft on one end. The ceiling to the bottom of the trusses is 24′ high. There is a sliding door at each end. The height of the door opening is 13′. The added office space is rough, mainly due to the 2018 flood that affected a portion of La Farge. Own a piece of history.
